What’s Your Rock?

Do you find yourself in a rock-hard situation that won’t seem to budge? Perhaps your own heart is rock hard in certain areas and you’ve been asking God to soften you in that/those areas? Maybe it’s a thought pattern, a temptation or a an outside influence that seems unmovable? Maybe your rock is a sin once committed that you’ve turned away from but that still comes to haunt and accuse you? Regardless of your own personal “rock” the Lord knew the rock would be there and already provided a way of escape that guarantees victory each and every time! Yes, you must engage in the battle, but take heart because Jesus Christ has already overcome! You’re on the winning side! Your rock may seem like it’s not going anywhere, but if you’ll commit to persevering in obeying what God says about moving your rock, then victory is sure and certain! Listen to what the Holy Spirit says through the Prophet Jeremiah about your rock:
“Is not my word like as a fire? saith the LORD; and like a hammer that breaketh the rock in pieces?” (Jeremiah 23:29)
Here we see that the Word of God will “break the rock in pieces”!
Take your stand on the Word of God over your rock hard situation and believe that Word and watch the Miracle Working power of God destroy all the works of the devil in your life!
