What do you believe concerning forgiveness? Keith Daniel, believes it's just as Jesus says,
Matthew 6:14-16-
14For if ye forgive men their trespasses, your heavenly Father will also forgive you:
15But if ye forgive not men their trespasses, neither will your Father forgive your trespasses.
Matthew 18:34-35
34And his lord was wroth, and delivered him to the tormentors, till he should pay all that was due unto him.
35So likewise shall my heavenly Father do also unto you, if ye from your hearts forgive not every one his brother their trespasses.
I agree with Keith Daniel, that it is just as Jesus says. Jesus, says that you have to forgive from your heart. God looks at the heart. This is a very serious matter which is why I keep bringing it up.
Keith Daniel, does not believe that anyone should be a minister of the gospel who does not practice forgiveness. A hearty amen to that! That person needs to get back to basics first and then preach to others. That really has to be the absolute height of hypocrisy in christianity. This also has to be one of the primary foundations to revival. Our hearts need to be cleansed of unforgiveness. Then we can ask God to forgive us and move onto revival. If anyone believes otherwise then they need to search the scriptures.
According to what my bible says, you can't be forgiven if you have unforgiveness.
I'm not saying I'm always perfect in the way I respond to things but the condition of our heart towards God and others should be first in our lives.
I am mainly speaking of those who are flippant about forgiving others as though they have a choice in the matter and it happens alot.
