You have something here. Constance Combey who has been studying Solana for years, really thinks he's the man. He is a powerful man. Tony Blair is jostling for position right now to be the first President of the EU. But Solana is much more influential than Blair. Even though Solana is doing things behind the scenes and not really pushing to get the position Blair is after. I appreciate this info and will post it on our website. Solana is a man to watch and he could be calling the shots here with our government at this time with few knowing it.
