I find that the more I read, the more I realize how little I know. And so I have these questions that stem from my recent readings.

- Isaac Newton and Arianism - This started on my attempt to be more informed on the defense of creation. I read about Isaac Newton as he is a very well known Christian creationist scientist. But later in his life, he rejected the theology of trinity. He believed that Jesus is inferior to the Father as He is "begotten" while the Father is unbegotten. Isaac believed that Christianity went astray after the first Council of Nicea on 325 A.D where the relationship of the Father and Son as one was solidified. Could you give Bible verses that support this Nicene Creed? How do you defend creationism with examples of great creationist scientists who believe in a Maker, but might have differing theological views?
- Martin Luther - The well known leader and founder of Protestantism. I wanted to find out more about him and so I read about his biography from Wikipedia. However, it turned out that he wrote this anti-semitic book/booklet called "On the Jews and their Lies". This I found a bit hard to digest....How can this great leader of church reformation, who seemed to be a dedicated follower of Christ, who was instrumental in spreading the good news of salvation by God's grace, write such violent imageries against the Jews?
- Easter, Holloween, and Christmas - Paul wrote that in 1 Corinthians 10, that "everything is permissible". These Christian holidays rooted from pagan practices. Do we compromise when we participate in these celebrations?
- Why is it that there is so much theological division within Christianity?? Do these differences matter significantly in terms of salvation? How do we avoid confusion? How do we lead others to Christ and help them find a church? How do we know that the church we go to follows the Bible fervently?
