Glad to hear that you're witnessing to the Witnesses That's awesome. They sure need God to open up their eyes and deliver them from their bondage.

I'll keep you in my prayers as you venture out to that den of iniquity that is Whyte Avenue.

One thing I've found about the New World Translation that the JW's use (which of course is rife with error and totally out to lunch)...

As much as that 'bible' is fatally flawed, amazingly you can still use it to prove to a JW that Jesus is both the Son of God and God. You can do this by taking them to various verses in Revelations, some of which refer to Jesus as the 'First and the Last who died and rose again' and as the 'Alpha and Omega'...all within the same passage.

A close family member got caught up in Jehovah's witnesses. My mother and I were able to help her out of it though. It was a scary time for us but we prayed alot for her and God set her free. I agreed to attend a meeting if she would go to church with me and she did. I wore a sign on my shirt saying "I am not a Jehovah's witness, Jesus is my Lord and My God."

People saw the sign and asked me questions so I was able to witness to them. They also passed the microphone around in the meeting and when it got to me I was able to give a brief testimony.
