Hi! Evan: Your so right, in your article as to what is happening today. Men are preaching a Jesus of their liking. There is before our eyes confusion, heresy & idolatry; placing men of God, philosophers from the past ABOVE THE WORD OF GOD; promoting doctrines of men. This is a warning from,

Colossians 2:8 Beware lest any man spoil you through philosophy and vain deceit, after the tradition of men, after the rudiments of the world, and not after Christ.

This is exactly what is taking place today before our eyes. Philosophies of men have been put on a pedestal & men are worshiping this idol.

Exodus 20:5 (part'l) for I the LORD thy God am a jealous God,

JESUS desires our worship.

Psalms 138:2 I will worship toward thy holy temple, and praise thy name for thy lovingkindness and for thy truth: FOR THOU HAST MAGNIFIED THY WORD ABOVE ALL THY NAME.
