Lord willing, I'll be returning home for Christmas break on December 9th! It would be great to see some of you during that time. I'll be flying back to Los Angeles for the second half of the tour on January 13th. The Lord bless you all and I hope we can meet up and fellowship together.
Love in Christ, -Eli

Sorry to hear about that attempted murder by that that drunk. Think about it, that was what he was trying to do - kill you. I got hit that hard once but it was for the WRONG reason. Do not fear my brother but speak. He doesnt understand why he did that so forgive him... quickly. I find when I speak I can tend to be brash at times, displaying an attitude of "better than you" when I get a little too frustrated. It isn't what I mean but it sure gets perceived that way sometimes. What helps me when I get cruel responses is remembering the words of Christ as He died on the Cross... "Father forgive them, they don"t know what they're doing." It's so hard for me not to get bent at some people though and they sure don't have any right to hit. MY problem is that I would hit back. I'm not someone's punching bag and I have a military upbringing. But it sure sounds as if you didn't get a chance to even duck. (Maybe a helmet will be good in certain areas? LOL) Thank God you are healing. Don't become embittered but remind your soul everytime it brings it up that you forgive that guy - because Jesus has forgiven you (believe me it will come up for a while), and, that "the righteous are as bold as a lion." Yahweh bless your obedience, Patrick Burwell OnlyJesusSaves.com
