Wonderful Charlene! Just put yourself into their shoes and imagine you were born into it, lost in the darkness of that cult from birth. May you have compassion when you speak to them. If you are interested, I recorded a conversation I had with some missionaries, it might be helpful for you to read. timothyministry.blogspot.com/2008/03/my-lunch-with-six-mormon-missionaries.htmlBless you sister, -Eli

John, thanks.
It is hard these days to write and think. My mind is not sharp as it was. But Gods grace is here. I do thank Him for everything. He gives He takes praise His name.
The lady never came. But Maybe God will open the open aother time. Although God has allowed since then to speak to a couple other ladies. I am very thankful for all your prayers. What a Great God we have. I am not called to save just to be faithfull to tell. I am to obey and know that God use me in my simple everyday life. It could be easy to be sad but I trusted the Lord, ways are aways better then mine. I can take joy, for time in prayer is never wasted time.
May God get all the glory In Christ Charlene

Charlene, that's so true what you said : time in prayer is never wasted "And when he had taken the book, the four beasts and four and twenty elders fell down before the Lamb, having every one of them harps, and golden vials full of odours, which are the prayers of saints." Revelations 5:8 In Jesus, John

Amen. It is truly never a waste.
Mormon missionaries are almost always like that; they hardly ever keep their appointments or promises if they feel it may be difficult. During their training, they are told that they are sent out to teach, never to receive, so if a Christian begins to share truth with them instead of listen to their presentation, they almost always suddenly have to go. Patience, then becomes the key, and loving them, being willing to receive their rejection with grace, quick to forgive, earnest in prayer, and wisdom when given the opportunity to share.
Bless you sister. -Eli
