Hi friends, I would greatly appreciate your prayers concerning a health problem that I've had for about the past 17 years. I have jaw joint or TMJ problems which bring pain on a daily basis and make it difficult to accomplish a lot of the things I'd like to be able to do (eg eat, talk..you get the picture ) This stems from an over growth of my right jaw which was partially corrected by surgery. I need God's grace, to be able to remain hopeful and to have a sense of God's strength and comfort, in the midst of this trial. Thanks muchly. In Jesus, John

:-[Tim & I will pray for you John. We know how painful that can be; when our son was younger, he had that. There are things you can do to relieve this more. Putting wet heat on the area will soothe it and a "B" complex to relax you also. "B6" at bedtime helps also. Both should be purchased at a healthfood store. A correction in diet will bring improvement too. Avoid foods that cause stress on the body. Do away with as much as possible all forms of sugar, all junk foods to include packaged foods; pies, candy, SODAS especially, potato chips and fast foods. Eat healthy, fresh foods. The diet should include fresh slightly steamed vegetables, fresh fruits, whole grain products, fish, skinless chicken & turkey, brown rice, homemade soups and wholesome breads. Take little bites and eat slowly. We'll pray for you... Love in Jesus, Margie P.S.: If you want to know all about the diet please visit my nutrition group on www.hisholyspace.com/26907 We are studying a lot about how to stay healthy and having a good nutritional program.
