Please pray for Carolyn, my wife...
She's been vomitting all evening, for several hours, and we don't know why.
It doesn't seem like the flu, though she has hot flashes and then chills; but it's the vomitting that concerns me.
Please pray for her healing, Brethren.

Dan: Tim & I will pray for Carolyn. Just some tips that might help. Tell her not to drink any kind of soft drink at all. People do that and it's not a good thing. Swallow fine ice chips for relief and that way dehydration won't settle in. When she calm some; eat yogurt and only yogurt until condition clears. Organic is best with no fruit in it or flavorings. Stonyfield Farms is good or any organic brand. With yogurt, the stomach imbalance corrects. Of course it could be more than the flu and we will pray about that too. Taking a little sweetened orange juice with some honey helps also. You want to consider acidolophilus caps helps in this kind of situation to balance. When the worst is over taking some chamomile or peppermint tea helps soothe. None of this is medical advice just some tips we have tried. This is from personal experience. Bless you both. Tim & Margie

I'll pray brother. Wow! That's true mother-like advice! Margie, you've just been designated the message board's cyber mom!

My family just got over food poisoning. We went to a church dinner and we think the fried chicken had ecoli because I was the only one who didn't get sick and I didn't eat the fried chicken. Everyone was sick and all of the pastors were sick.

My wife went to the hopspital and was there for about 8 hours while I was home with our daughter.
As she is there in the hospital being given meds and liquids via IV, the same sickness hit me at 4Am until about 10:30AM; I recently woke up at 5:30PM after taking gravol (anti vomitting pills) and am now drinking Gatorade to restore the fluid in my system.
Thank you all so much for praying for Carolyn! She is much better and getting better with each moment!
Could you pray for me now, Brothers and Sisters?
I have quite a headache and a bit of dizziness from being sick twice and from sleeping since 10:30AM to 5:30PM but I do feel better than I did when it first hit me!

If it is the stomach flu it only last 24 hours. Glad you are feeling better, that's a good sign.
