I have a prayer request for a woman I work with named Debbie. I have been witnessing to her and she has a church background but I don't believe she is saved. Her son is in the hospital from a bleeding stomach ulcer and they are having to draw out the blood. She is really broken and I am asking for prayer that her son is healed and her family saved. I told her I would have others pray with me because she is really desperate. Thanks.
Also can you please pray that the Lord continues to use me in this place and I am also feeling led to preach again.I never go unless the Lord makes a way. Thanks.

Please pray for my husband. He fell tonight and cracked a rib we think. Were going to wait and see how he feels in the morning. There isn't anything you can do for your ribs except for me to wrap them. I bought some bandages and he's going to try and go to work in the morning. Please pray he has a good day. Thanks.

He's feeling better today. It's possible he may have a contusion ( a bruise on the rib) instead of it actually being cracked. We were playing basketball with the kids. ;D It wasn't my fault though! I had nothing to do with it.. He was doing alot better this morning so thanks for the prayers.

Hi Rebecca,
Glad to hear that your husband is feeling some better now and I hope and pray that his healing continues. Also, how are your friend Debbie and her son doing now ?

Thanks, my husband is feeling better but he has some other long term health issues unless God heals him so please pray for him.
Debbie's faith is alot stronger now and her son has healed up, praise God. I think that really spoke to her because she was really worried and we decided to agree in prayer for him and God did heal him.
Debbie had been brought up in a pentecostal church and was backslidden. I shared with her alot about my faith and I think that brought her under conviction. She seems to be on fire for God now. We work together and she was having problems in her department. She came to me crying but at the same time she was rejoicing because God answered her prayers because our manager decided to place her in another dept. I was really happy for her and we were rejoicing together. This world is so wicked and people can be so cruel.
I am finding their are alot of prodicals out there or maybe people who have just been brought up in church that just need encouragement. Maybe the church is so weak because their is not the encouragement of the other members.
Alot of the church specifically those in America are concerned about things that do not bring edification, exhortation or comfort so the needs of the body are not being met. That's been my experience lately anyway. Sometimes people just need encouragement in the right direction.
How can we help others if we are concerned about things that do not profit?
This reminds me of Carter Conlon's message on "Beware of the Angry Watchman". I think Debbie could be an example of someone who lost her way and didn't need to be scolded, judged and condemned but someone to lovingly encourage her and point her in the right direction. She comes to me for encouragement and support and we always give each other a hug. There are many out there like Debbie. At first I felt critical of her. I thought to myself "if she was brought up in church than she should know better" but the Lord convicted me and said "so were you and you lost your way too!"
I didn't mean to go on so long but my heart has really been burdened lately.

Could you please pray for my husband? He hurt his back a few days ago and wakes up at 4:00 am every morning screaming in pain.
Also for me that I can get some sleep. I have to go to work in the morning and after being woken up at 4:00 am the last two mornings it's starting to wear on me. Thanks.
