"The LORD is good, a stronghold in the day of trouble; he knows those who take refuge in him. But with an overflowing flood he will make a complete end of the adversaries, and will pursue his enemies into darkness. What do you plot against the LORD? He will make a complete end; trouble will not rise up a second time. For they are like entangled thorns, like drunkards as they drink; they are consumed like stubble fully dried. Nah 1:11 From you came one who plotted evil against the LORD, a worthless counselor. Nah 1:12 Thus says the LORD, "Though they are at full strength and many, they will be cut down and pass away. Though I have afflicted you, I will afflict you no more. And now I will break his yoke from off you and will burst your bonds apart." The LORD has given commandment about you: "No more shall your name be perpetuated; from the house of your gods I will cut off the carved image and the metal image. I will make your grave, for you are vile." Behold, upon the mountains, the feet of him who brings good news, who publishes peace! Keep your feasts, O Judah; fulfill your vows, for never again shall the worthless pass through you; he is utterly cut off. "
May it be pressed on your heart how good it is to bring the good news to lost. May you be encourage that it is Gods work. A supernatural work to which we get to be partakers in.
we plant, water, but makes grow. We are his workmen, what a joy that God lets us be partakers.
Zep 3:9 "For at that time I will change the speech of the peoples to a pure speech, that all of them may call upon the name of the LORD and serve him with one accord. Zep 3:10 From beyond the rivers of Cush my worshipers, the daughter of my dispersed ones, shall bring my offering. Zep 3:11 "On that day you shall not be put to shame because of the deeds by which you have rebelled against me; for then I will remove from your midst your proudly exultant ones, and you shall no longer be haughty in my holy mountain. Zep 3:12 But I will leave in your midst a people humble and lowly. They shall seek refuge in the name of the LORD, Zep 3:13 those who are left in Israel; they shall do no injustice and speak no lies, nor shall there be found in their mouth a deceitful tongue. For they shall graze and lie down, and none shall make them afraid." Zep 3:14 Sing aloud, O daughter of Zion; shout, O Israel! Rejoice and exult with all your heart, O daughter of Jerusalem! Zep 3:15 The LORD has taken away the judgments against you; he has cleared away your enemies. The King of Israel, the LORD, is in your midst; you shall never again fear evil. Zep 3:16 On that day it shall be said to Jerusalem: "Fear not, O Zion; let not your hands grow weak. Zep 3:17 The LORD your God is in your midst, a mighty one who will save; he will rejoice over you with gladness; he will quiet you by his love; he will exult over you with loud singing. Zep 3:18 I will gather those of you who mourn for the festival, so that you will no longer suffer reproach. Zep 3:19 Behold, at that time I will deal with all your oppressors. And I will save the lame and gather the outcast, and I will change their shame into praise and renown in all the earth. Zep 3:20 At that time I will bring you in, at the time when I gather you together; for I will make you renowned and praised among all the peoples of the earth, when I restore your fortunes before your eyes," says the LORD. "
May God work to bring the proud down and heart that will be soften and open. All for his glory.
Psa 69:1 To the choirmaster: according to Lilies. Of David. Save me, O God! For the waters have come up to my neck. Psa 69:2 I sink in deep mire, where there is no foothold; I have come into deep waters, and the flood sweeps over me. Psa 69:3 I am weary with my crying out; my throat is parched. My eyes grow dim with waiting for my God. Psa 69:4 More in number than the hairs of my head are those who hate me without cause; mighty are those who would destroy me, those who attack me with lies. What I did not steal must I now restore? Psa 69:5 O God, you know my folly; the wrongs I have done are not hidden from you. Psa 69:6 Let not those who hope in you be put to shame through me, O Lord GOD of hosts; let not those who seek you be brought to dishonor through me, O God of Israel. Psa 69:7 For it is for your sake that I have borne reproach, that dishonor has covered my face. Psa 69:8 I have become a stranger to my brothers, an alien to my mother's sons. Psa 69:9 For zeal for your house has consumed me, and the reproaches of those who reproach you have fallen on me. Psa 69:10 When I wept and humbled my soul with fasting, it became my reproach. Psa 69:11 When I made sackcloth my clothing, I became a byword to them. Psa 69:12 I am the talk of those who sit in the gate, and the drunkards make songs about me. Psa 69:13 But as for me, my prayer is to you, O LORD. At an acceptable time, O God, in the abundance of your steadfast love answer me in your saving faithfulness. Psa 69:14 Deliver me from sinking in the mire; let me be delivered from my enemies and from the deep waters. Psa 69:15 Let not the flood sweep over me, or the deep swallow me up, or the pit close its mouth over me. Psa 69:16 Answer me, O LORD, for your steadfast love is good; according to your abundant mercy, turn to me. Psa 69:17 Hide not your face from your servant; for I am in distress; make haste to answer me. Psa 69:18 Draw near to my soul, redeem me; ransom me because of my enemies! Psa 69:19 You know my reproach, and my shame and my dishonor; my foes are all known to you. Psa 69:20 Reproaches have broken my heart, so that I am in despair. I looked for pity, but there was none, and for comforters, but I found none. Psa 69:21 They gave me poison for food, and for my thirst they gave me sour wine to drink. Psa 69:22 Let their own table before them become a snare; and when they are at peace, let it become a trap. Psa 69:23 Let their eyes be darkened, so that they cannot see, and make their loins tremble continually. Psa 69:24 Pour out your indignation upon them, and let your burning anger overtake them. Psa 69:25 May their camp be a desolation; let no one dwell in their tents. Psa 69:26 For they persecute him whom you have struck down, and they recount the pain of those you have wounded. Psa 69:27 Add to them punishment upon punishment; may they have no acquittal from you. Psa 69:28 Let them be blotted out of the book of the living; let them not be enrolled among the righteous. Psa 69:29 But I am afflicted and in pain; let your salvation, O God, set me on high! Psa 69:30 I will praise the name of God with a song; I will magnify him with thanksgiving. Psa 69:31 This will please the LORD more than an ox or a bull with horns and hoofs. Psa 69:32 When the humble see it they will be glad; you who seek God, let your hearts revive. Psa 69:33 For the LORD hears the needy and does not despise his own people who are prisoners. Psa 69:34 Let heaven and earth praise him, the seas and everything that moves in them. Psa 69:35 For God will save Zion and build up the cities of Judah, and people shall dwell there and possess it; Psa 69:36 the offspring of his servants shall inherit it, and those who love his name shall dwell in it. "
Is in not so that trails come and hard at time. But may God ever let a heart of praise to us, in the mist. A heart to see the glory in the pain and hardship and suffering.
sa 71:3 Be to me a rock of refuge, to which I may continually come; you have given the command to save me, for you are my rock and my fortress. Psa 71:4 Rescue me, O my God, from the hand of the wicked, from the grasp of the unjust and cruel man. "
may it be on the rock I be, frim footing that when the Strom's come, I will remain grounded in Christ.
Psa 73:23 Nevertheless, I am continually with you; you hold my right hand. Psa 73:24 You guide me with your counsel, and afterward you will receive me to glory. Psa 73:25 Whom have I in heaven but you? And there is nothing on earth that I desire besides you. Psa 73:26 My flesh and my heart may fail, but God is the strength of my heart and my portion forever. Psa 73:27 For behold, those who are far from you shall perish; you put an end to everyone who is unfaithful to you. Psa 73:28 But for me it is good to be near God; I have made the Lord GOD my refuge, that I may tell of all your works."
great is the Lord, whom do we have more rich and sweet then thee? Be my portion be my all, let each day be a soul seeks after thee,
Psa 88:2 Let my prayer come before you; incline your ear to my cry! Psa 88:3 For my soul is full of troubles, and my life draws near to Sheol. Psa 88:4 I am counted among those who go down to the pit; I am a man who has no strength, Psa 88:5 like one set loose among the dead, like the slain that lie in the grave, like those whom you remember no more, for they are cut off from your hand. Psa 88:6 You have put me in the depths of the pit, in the regions dark and deep. Psa 88:7 Your wrath lies heavy upon me, and you overwhelm me with all your waves. Selah Psa 88:8 You have caused my companions to shun me; you have made me a horror to them. I am shut in so that I cannot escape; Psa 88:9 my eye grows dim through sorrow. Every day I call upon you, O LORD; I spread out my hands to you. Psa 88:10 Do you work wonders for the dead? Do the departed rise up to praise you? Selah Psa 88:11 Is your steadfast love declared in the grave, or your faithfulness in Abaddon? Psa 88:12 Are your wonders known in the darkness, or your righteousness in the land of forgetfulness? Psa 88:13 But I, O LORD, cry to you; in the morning my prayer comes before you. Psa 88:14 O LORD, why do you cast my soul away? Why do you hide your face from me? Psa 88:15 Afflicted and close to death from my youth up, I suffer your terrors; I am helpless. Psa 88:16 Your wrath has swept over me; your dreadful assaults destroy me. Psa 88:17 They surround me like a flood all day long; they close in on me together. Psa 88:18 You have caused my beloved and my friend to shun me; my companions have become darkness.
darkness came and there I was in a pit, but should there be fear? was not morning about to dawn? Although afflicted and despair all I have to do is look up to the cross, and all fear despair.
Pas 115:1 Not to us, O LORD, not to us, but to your name give glory, for the sake of your steadfast love and your faithfulness!
Pas 116:1 I love the LORD, because he has heard my voice and my pleas for mercy. Pas 116:2 Because he inclined his ear to me, therefore I will call on him as long as I live. Pas 116:3 The snares of death encompassed me; the pangs of Sheol laid hold on me; I suffered distress and anguish. Pas 116:4 Then I called on the name of the LORD: "O LORD, I pray, deliver my soul!"
Pas 121:1 A Song of Ascents. I lift up my eyes to the hills. From where does my help come? Pas 121:2 My help comes from the LORD, who made heaven and earth. Pas 121:3 He will not let your foot be moved; he who keeps you will not slumber. Pas 121:4 Behold, he who keeps Israel will neither slumber nor sleep. Pas 121:5 The LORD is your keeper; the LORD is your shade on your right hand. Pas 121:6 The sun shall not strike you by day, nor the moon by night. Pas 121:7 The LORD will keep you from all evil; he will keep your life. Pas 121:8 The LORD will keep your going out and your coming in from this time forth and forevermore.
Have you not known? Have you not heard? The LORD is the everlasting God, the Creator of the ends of the earth. He does not faint or grow weary; his understanding is unsearchable. Isa 40:29 He gives power to the faint, and to him who has no might he increases strength. Isa 40:30 Even youths shall faint and be weary, and young men shall fall exhausted; Isa 40:31 but they who wait for the LORD shall renew their strength; they shall mount up with wings like eagles; they shall run and not be weary; they shall walk and not faint.
where will I run? whom will I call on? will I become weary? Let be I ran to thee.
Isa 61:1 The Spirit of the Lord GOD is upon me, because the LORD has anointed me to bring good news to the poor; he has sent me to bind up the brokenhearted, to proclaim liberty to the captives, and the opening of the prison to those who are bound; Isa 61:2 to proclaim the year of the Lord's favor, and the day of vengeance of our God; to comfort all who mourn; Isa 61:3 to grant to those who mourn in Zion-- to give them a beautiful headdress instead of ashes, the oil of gladness instead of mourning, the garment of praise instead of a faint spirit; that they may be called oaks of righteousness, the planting of the LORD, that he may be glorified.
Mat 6:25 "Therefore I tell you, do not be anxious about your life, what you will eat or what you will drink, nor about your body, what you will put on. Is not life more than food, and the body more than clothing? Mat 6:26 Look at the birds of the air: they neither sow nor reap nor gather into barns, and yet your heavenly Father feeds them. Are you not of more value than they? Mat 6:27 And which of you by being anxious can add a single hour to his span of life? Mat 6:28 And why are you anxious about clothing? Consider the lilies of the field, how they grow: they neither toil nor spin, Mat 6:29 yet I tell you, even Solomon in all his glory was not arrayed like one of these. Mat 6:30 But if God so clothes the grass of the field, which today is alive and tomorrow is thrown into the oven, will he not much more clothe you, O you of little faith? Mat 6:31 Therefore do not be anxious, saying, 'What shall we eat?' or 'What shall we drink?' or 'What shall we wear?' Mat 6:32 For the Gentiles seek after all these things, and your heavenly Father knows that you need them all. Mat 6:33 But seek first the kingdom of God and his righteousness, and all these things will be added to you.
can worry be a fear, when God knows all I need? let fear be cast aside for God is near. If he call then will meet the need. Root in me a greater faith and understanding to power that has been given to me.
Mat 11:28 Come to me, all who labor and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest. Mat 11:29 Take my yoke upon you, and learn from me, for I am gentle and lowly in heart, and you will find rest for your souls. Mat 11:30 For my yoke is easy, and my burden is light."
down go here or there, but lean on Christ alone. Let peace be in those who's minds are set on Christ, cast the worry cast the fear and may your thoughts be on heavenly things, and many peace of Christ still your mind.
Rom 8:37 No, in all these things we are more than conquerors through him who loved us. Rom 8:38 For I am sure that neither death nor life, nor angels nor rulers, nor things present nor things to come, nor powers, Rom 8:39 nor height nor depth, nor anything else in all creation, will be able to separate us from the love of God in Christ Jesus our Lord.
Depth of love to come to speak and bring boldness.
Rom 12:1 I appeal to you therefore, brothers, by the mercies of God, to present your bodies as a living sacrifice, holy and acceptable to God, which is your spiritual worship. Rom 12:2 Do not be conformed to this world, but be transformed by the renewal of your mind, that by testing you may discern what is the will of God, what is good and acceptable and perfect.
a mind devoted transformed to the things of Christ, a mind of worship and not of the worlds ideas or thoughts.
Rom 12:8 the one who exhorts, in his exhortation; the one who contributes, in generosity; the one who leads, with zeal; the one who does acts of mercy, with cheerfulness. Rom 12:9 Let love be genuine. Abhor what is evil; hold fast to what is good. Rom 12:10 Love one another with brotherly affection. Outdo one another in showing honor. Rom 12:11 Do not be slothful in zeal, be fervent in spirit, serve the Lord. Rom 12:12 Rejoice in hope, be patient in tribulation, be constant in prayer. Rom 12:13 Contribute to the needs of the saints and seek to show hospitality. Rom 12:14 Bless those who persecute you; bless and do not curse them. Rom 12:15 Rejoice with those who rejoice, weep with those who weep.
may unity build and stir and bring a Passion to be of one mind one goal.
Rom 15:30 I appeal to you, brothers, by our Lord Jesus Christ and by the love of the Spirit, to strive together with me in your prayers to God on my behalf, Rom 15:31 that I may be delivered from the unbelievers in Judea, and that my service for Jerusalem may be acceptable to the saints, Rom 15:32 so that by God's will I may come to you with joy and be refreshed in your company. Rom 15:33 May the God of peace be with you all. Amen.
2Co 1:1 Paul, an apostle of Christ Jesus by the will of God, and Timothy our brother, To the church of God that is at Corinth, with all the saints who are in the whole of Achaia: 2Co 1:2 Grace to you and peace from God our Father and the Lord Jesus Christ. 2Co 1:3 Blessed be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, the Father of mercies and God of all comfort, 2Co 1:4 who comforts us in all our affliction, so that we may be able to comfort those who are in any affliction, with the comfort with which we ourselves are comforted by God. 2Co 1:5 For as we share abundantly in Christ's sufferings, so through Christ we share abundantly in comfort too. 2Co 1:6 If we are afflicted, it is for your comfort and salvation; and if we are comforted, it is for your comfort, which you experience when you patiently endure the same sufferings that we suffer. 2Co 1:7 Our hope for you is unshaken, for we know that as you share in our sufferings, you will also share in our comfort. 2Co 1:8 For we do not want you to be ignorant, brothers, of the affliction we experienced in Asia. For we were so utterly burdened beyond our strength that we despaired of life itself. 2Co 1:9 Indeed, we felt that we had received the sentence of death. But that was to make us rely not on ourselves but on God who raises the dead. 2Co 1:10 He delivered us from such a deadly peril, and he will deliver us. On him we have set our hope that he will deliver us again. 2Co 1:11 You also must help us by prayer, so that many will give thanks on our behalf for the blessing granted us through the prayers of many.
God will comfort, what joy to join the suffering of Christ.
2Co 6:1 Working together with him, then, we appeal to you not to receive the grace of God in vain. 2Co 6:2 For he says, "In a favorable time I listened to you, and in a day of salvation I have helped you." Behold, now is the favorable time; behold, now is the day of salvation. 2Co 6:3 We put no obstacle in anyone's way, so that no fault may be found with our ministry, 2Co 6:4 but as servants of God we commend ourselves in every way: by great endurance, in afflictions, hardships, calamities, 2Co 6:5 beatings, imprisonments, riots, labors, sleepless nights, hunger; 2Co 6:6 by purity, knowledge, patience, kindness, the Holy Spirit, genuine love; 2Co 6:7 by truthful speech, and the power of God; with the weapons of righteousness for the right hand and for the left; 2Co 6:8 through honor and dishonor, through slander and praise. We are treated as impostors, and yet are true; 2Co 6:9 as unknown, and yet well known; as dying, and behold, we live; as punished, and yet not killed; 2Co 6:10 as sorrowful, yet always rejoicing; as poor, yet making many rich; as having nothing, yet possessing everything.
Eph 1:15 For this reason, because I have heard of your faith in the Lord Jesus and your love toward all the saints, Eph 1:16 I do not cease to give thanks for you, remembering you in my prayers, Eph 1:17 that the God of our Lord Jesus Christ, the Father of glory, may give you a spirit of wisdom and of revelation in the knowledge of him, Eph 1:18 having the eyes of your hearts enlightened, that you may know what is the hope to which he has called you, what are the riches of his glorious inheritance in the saints, Eph 1:19 and what is the immeasurable greatness of his power toward us who believe, according to the working of his great might Eph 1:20 that he worked in Christ when he raised him from the dead and seated him at his right hand in the heavenly places, Eph 1:21 far above all rule and authority and power and dominion, and above every name that is named, not only in this age but also in the one to come. Eph 1:22 And he put all things under his feet and gave him as head over all things to the church, Eph 1:23 which is his body, the fullness of him who fills all in all.
and so may these prayers be..
Eph 3:7 Of this gospel I was made a minister according to the gift of God's grace, which was given me by the working of his power. Eph 3:8 To me, though I am the very least of all the saints, this grace was given, to preach to the Gentiles the unsearchable riches of Christ, Eph 3:9 and to bring to light for everyone what is the plan of the mystery hidden for ages in God who created all things, Eph 3:10 so that through the church the manifold wisdom of God might now be made known to the rulers and authorities in the heavenly places. Eph 3:11 This was according to the eternal purpose that he has realized in Christ Jesus our Lord, Eph 3:12 in whom we have boldness and access with confidence through our faith in him. Eph 3:13 So I ask you not to lose heart over what I am suffering for you, which is your glory. Eph 3:14 For this reason I bow my knees before the Father, Eph 3:15 from whom every family in heaven and on earth is named, Eph 3:16 that according to the riches of his glory he may grant you to be strengthened with power through his Spirit in your inner being, Eph 3:17 so that Christ may dwell in your hearts through faith--that you, being rooted and grounded in love, Eph 3:18 may have strength to comprehend with all the saints what is the breadth and length and height and depth, Eph 3:19 and to know the love of Christ that surpasses knowledge, that you may be filled with all the fullness of God. Eph 3:20 Now to him who is able to do far more abundantly than all that we ask or think, according to the power at work within us, Eph 3:21 to him be glory in the church and in Christ Jesus throughout all generations, forever and ever. Amen.
and so may Gospel be preached in word and truth, with faithfulness with Holy Spirit and much much prayer.
1:9 And it is my prayer that your love may abound more and more, with knowledge and all discernment, Php 1:10 so that you may approve what is excellent, and so be pure and blameless for the day of Christ,
Indeed, I count everything as loss because of the surpassing worth of knowing Christ Jesus my Lord. For his sake I have suffered the loss of all things and count them as rubbish, in order that I may gain Christ Php 3:9 and be found in him, not having a righteousness of my own that comes from the law, but that which comes through faith in Christ, the righteousness from God that depends on faith-- Php 3:10 that I may know him and the power of his resurrection, and may share his sufferings, becoming like him in his death, Php 3:11 that by any means possible I may attain the resurrection from the dead. Php 3:12 Not that I have already obtained this or am already perfect, but I press on to make it my own, because Christ Jesus has made me his own. Php 3:13 Brothers, I do not consider that I have made it my own. But one thing I do: forgetting what lies behind and straining forward to what lies ahead, Php 3:14 I press on toward the goal for the prize of the upward call of God in Christ Jesus.
and so may the love God keep the fire burning to passionate fire within
ol 1:9 And so, from the day we heard, we have not ceased to pray for you, asking that you may be filled with the knowledge of his will in all spiritual wisdom and understanding, Col 1:10 so as to walk in a manner worthy of the Lord, fully pleasing to him, bearing fruit in every good work and increasing in the knowledge of God. Col 1:11 May you be strengthened with all power, according to his glorious might, for all endurance and patience with joy, Col 1:12 giving thanks to the Father, who has qualified you to share in the inheritance of the saints in light. Col 1:13 He has delivered us from the domain of darkness and transferred us to the kingdom of his beloved Son, Col 1:14 in whom we have redemption, the forgiveness of sins.
and so may these pray be.
Th 2:16 Now may our Lord Jesus Christ himself, and God our Father, who loved us and gave us eternal comfort and good hope through grace, 2Th 2:17 comfort your hearts and establish them in every good work and word.
and so may Lord establish a good work in you.
in Christ charlene
