Free will is a myth in the salvific sense; no man comes to the Father lest the Spirit draw him.
Is man free? Yes, in a sense. Man is free to do what his nature seeks to do without God, which is love darkness (John 3).
Hence, man is free apart from God; free to sin, which shows that the "freedom" of man's will is in fact in sinful bondage without the regenerating work of the Holy Spirit.
Ephesians 2:3 "Among whom also we all had our conversation in times past in the lusts of our flesh, fulfilling the desires of the flesh and of the mind; and were by nature the children of wrath, even as others."
